STEP 1

How to bake sea bass with vegetables in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. Thaw frozen fish at room temperature in advance, or better yet, place it in the refrigerator overnight. Cherries can be replaced with regular tomatoes. If you choose vegetables of different colors, the dish will turn out more colorful. Use any spices and spices you wish.
STEP 2

Clean the fish from scales and cut off the fins with sharp scissors. In perch they are very hard and sharp, so do this carefully to avoid getting hurt. Remove the black film from the belly. Wash the fish and dry it. Salt the perch on all sides, sprinkle with basil and rosemary, and pour in lemon juice.
STEP 3

While the fish is soaking in seasonings, prepare the vegetables. Place the broccoli in slightly salted boiling water. Blanch the cabbage for no more than 1-2 minutes. Place the cabbage in a sieve to drain the liquid.

Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into thin half rings.
STEP 5

Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and stems. Cut the pepper into medium cubes.
STEP 6

Wash the dill and chop finely. You can take parsley.
STEP 7

Pour a little olive oil into the bottom of the baking dish.

Place the perch carcasses and drizzle olive oil on top.

Add chopped red onion and broccoli florets to the fish.

Add bell pepper cubes.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them, and place them in the mold with the fish. Lightly salt the vegetables and pour the remaining oil over them.

Distribute the olives evenly. Sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs on top.

Bake fish and vegetables in an oven preheated to 180C for 35 minutes until cooked. Cooking time depends on the operating characteristics of the oven, so it may differ from the specified one.
STEP 14

Serve sea bass with vegetables as a separate dish or with any side dish. Bon appetit!
