This was my first time cooking sea bass. On the website I liked a recipe for sea bass baked in the oven with vegetables. The dish is quite simple in its execution. For vegetables, I added bell peppers, regular onions, cherry tomatoes (frozen) and canned corn. In addition to salt and pepper, I used nutmeg. I baked the perch with vegetables in a cast iron pan lined with foil for 30 minutes. It turned out just amazing! Very tasty and filling. Perch is juicy and tender
