Surprisingly tasty and easy to prepare sandwiches. I wanted to diversify the New Year's table, I chose this option and did not regret it. My husband appreciated it and I liked it too. Only instead of black bread I took a baguette, I didn’t dry it in a frying pan. I will definitely make it again.

Very interesting sandwiches intrigued me with their ingredients. Usually I just cook croutons with sprats, but this is so beautiful. I couldn’t pass by and not cook it) I bought avocado and sprats, there was red onion, and instead of cottage cheese I took processed cheese according to the author’s advice, I like it better. I completely excluded olives because I don’t like them. I took white sliced ​​bread; I prefer the loaf with sprats; I didn’t fry it. I grated the processed cheese and added a couple of drops of milk to make it easier to spread. The loaf was greased with cheese. I laid out avocado slices, sprats, decorated with red onion rings and parsley. It looks so festive and so beautiful!!! The sandwiches tasted great. The onion perfectly complements the sprats, the cheese goes well with all the ingredients, but the avocado gets a little lost against the background of the smoked sprats.
