Sandwiches with sprats on the festive table

STEP 1

How to make sandwiches with sprats for the holiday table? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of rye bread, you can use a loaf. It is better to buy sliced bread. This way you will save yourself time. In addition, equally cut even slices look more beautiful on the table. Cut the bread into slices about 1 cm thick. If you wish, you can replace the curd cheese with processed cheese.
STEP 2

You can take ready-made cottage cheese from the store or make it yourself from cottage cheese and sour cream rubbed through a sieve. At the same time, you can add salt, pepper and suneli hops to the curd cheese - you will get an excellent homemade curd cheese.
STEP 3

Remove the sprats from the jar and shake off the oil. If you want to make the dish even cheaper, you can use store-bought sprat pate instead of whole sprats.
STEP 4

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel each half and cut into thin slices. It is important to peel the avocados in this order. After all, avocado contains essential oils and after removing the peel the fruit becomes slippery. You may cut yourself when cutting it in half.
STEP 5

Cut half a red onion into thin slices. Disassemble the circles into rings.
STEP 6

Grease each slice of bread with curd cheese. If desired, you can pre-dry the bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan. But in this case, the bread will definitely need to be cooled to room temperature.
STEP 7

Place 2-3 avocado slices on each sandwich.
STEP 8

Place one smoked fish on top of the avocado.
STEP 9

Place red onion rings on top.
STEP 10

Garnish the sandwiches with olives and parsley sprigs and serve. Bon appetit!
