I made myself a hot sandwich for breakfast with an egg, mayonnaise and fresh cucumber. I was so pleased! Fried crispy rye bread, grated with a clove of aromatic garlic - this already has a magical taste! Spread the bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise. I fried the egg so that the yolk remained runny. A wonderful combination of flavors! And even a fresh cucumber on top. Rye bread will be much tastier if it is fried in oil. On dry toast it's not at all the same in my opinion. To get an egg with a runny yolk, you need to cover the pan with a lid for a couple of minutes. The main thing is not to overdo it.

You can diversify your breakfast by preparing a delicious sandwich with mayonnaise and cucumber! In addition, this sandwich is also very filling. Instead of bread, I took slices of loaf, which I fried in a frying pan, rubbed with garlic and coated with mayonnaise. I fried the eggs and cut the cucumbers into rings. I agree, a sandwich with mayonnaise and cucumber is very tasty. Only I added the egg to it differently from the author. It seemed to me that it would be easier to eat with a beaten egg. So I fried the scrambled eggs and placed it between a layer of mayonnaise and fresh cucumbers. This is a super tasty and very satisfying snack, despite the fact that the ingredients are very ordinary and, it would seem, have become boring and cannot surprise you with anything. But that’s not the case. My husband loves these sandwiches and constantly asks me to make them for him. What can I say, I often make them myself. This recipe can be used when you need to feed very quickly, but there is no time to stand at the stove. . . Even my mother, when she comes to visit, asks me to quickly make this dish, despite the fact that there is both the first and the second in the kitchen. But... the unhealthy stuff almost always tastes better than the right stuff)
