Hello! I think that salting pink salmon for 24 hours is a very long time. I salt pink salmon in a container: add salt, sugar and spices, put it in the refrigerator. The fish gives juice, although the salt does not completely dissolve. After 1.5 hours, I rinse it of salt, put it in a jar and add a little vegetable oil. The result is an amazingly tender and tasty fish.
