    How to make a salad with smoked chicken, prunes and walnuts? Prepare your food. Any part of the chicken is suitable - breast, thighs or drumsticks, like mine. Take pitted prunes. Pre-boil potatoes, carrots and eggs and cool. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream.

    How to cook vegetables for salad? Wash the tubers well with a brush under running water and place them in a saucepan. Fill with clean cold water and cook over medium heat. After boiling, cook the potatoes and carrots for about 30 minutes. The exact time will depend on the size of the vegetables. Check readiness with a knife - it should easily pierce the fruit. Cool the boiled vegetables and peel them. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.

    Place the potatoes in the first layer on a plate using a pastry ring and press lightly. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise. Remove the meat from the bones and cut it into small cubes. Place the chicken in the next layer. Rinse and dry the prunes. If it is hard, soak it briefly in hot water. My prunes are soft. Also cut the prunes into small pieces. Spread it over the chicken. Spread mayonnaise on top of these two layers.
