In fact, there are no classic recipes. Anyone is free to plan food into a salad and say that it’s a classic. But there are some products that people like to add more often than others.
For example: walnuts, cucumbers (fresh, salted or pickled), boiled eggs, mushrooms (from a jar), cheese, onions. Sometimes they also go: apples, carrots, beets, pomegranate seeds, green peas.
