STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken breast, prunes, cheese and cucumber? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. To make cooking take less time, boil the chicken, jacket potatoes and eggs in advance. Cut the champignons into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. You can also use canned champignons. You can make your own mayonnaise. STEP 2

STEP 3

Cut the chilled chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese.
STEP 5

Peel the boiled potatoes in their jackets and cut them into medium cubes.
STEP 6

Pour boiling water over the prunes and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water and chop the prunes.
STEP 7

Salads that come in layers look more impressive when served in portions. Therefore, place a serving ring on the plate in which the salad will be served. Place prunes in the first layer.
STEP 8

Coat the layer of prunes with mayonnaise. Place chicken breast on top.
STEP 9

Spread a little mayonnaise again and add chopped potatoes.
STEP 10

Spread a layer of potatoes with mayonnaise and place fried champignons on top.
STEP 11

Coat with mayonnaise again and place a layer of chopped boiled eggs.
STEP 12

Coat a layer of eggs with mayonnaise if desired. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the salad.
STEP 13
