STEP 1
How to make a layered salad with prunes and smoked chicken? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can add or replace the ingredients to your taste. You can buy store-bought mayonnaise or make your own.
STEP 2
Remove skin and bones from the smoked breast and cut into small cubes. You can replace the breast with meat from smoked legs.
STEP 3
Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Cut the eggs into small cubes.
STEP 4
Shake the pickled cucumbers off the brine and also cut into small cubes.
STEP 5
Wash the prunes, dry and cut into pieces. If the prunes are too hard and dry, you can pour boiling water over them and leave for 10 minutes.
STEP 6
Heat the walnuts in a dry frying pan and chop with a knife.
STEP 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. You can use any cheese you like. I have Tilsiter.

Place a cooking ring with a diameter of 16-18 cm on a serving dish. Place the first layer of smoked chicken and pour over mayonnaise. I first transferred the mayonnaise into a cooking bag to make it easier to apply it to the ingredients.

Next, distribute the pickled cucumbers and also pour mayonnaise over them.

Sprinkle a layer of cucumbers with chopped walnuts and pour mayonnaise over it.

Sprinkle boiled eggs on top and also pour mayonnaise over them.

Next add prunes and mayonnaise.
STEP 13
And spread the grated cheese in the last layer. There is no need to grease the top layer with mayonnaise. Place the salad in the refrigerator to soak for 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight. In this case, it is advisable to cover the ring with cling film so that the top cheese layer does not dry out.
STEP 14
Remove the cooking ring before serving. Garnish the salad with walnut halves, cucumber slices and herbs. Bon appetit!
