    Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water until tender, about 25 minutes. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the fillet. But keep in mind that long cooking makes the meat rubbery and less juicy. Cool the fillet and cut into small cubes.

    Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the whites into small cubes. Set the yolks aside.

It is better to rub the yolks directly onto the salad so that they do not wrinkle.

What’s simpler and what’s more interesting can you come up with instead of a salad, just a different salad! It’s not even that important to follow the exact composition of the ingredients of the salad taken as a sample. The most important thing is how well the form of serving the salad has been chosen. Salad in a glass, it's great! Everything is visible and the whole rainbow of colors of each layer is very pleasing to the eye and how this range whets the appetite! And how much imagination there is to develop recipes for new salads. This portioned serving is very convenient for starting any meal; it eliminates the need to add salads from common salad bowls. A serving in a glass is quite enough before serving a hot dish. Thanks to the author for the idea, I really liked it!
