STEP 1
Ingredients. Pre-boil the chicken fillet, carrots and eggs in salted water.
STEP 2
Rinse the prunes and steam with boiling water for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Peel the onions and chop.
STEP 4
Prepare the marinade. Mix vinegar, water, salt and ground black pepper.
STEP 5
Add chopped onion to the marinade and stir. Leave for 20 minutes.
STEP 6
Cut the chicken fillet.
STEP 7
Also cut the cucumbers.
STEP 8
Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 9
The eggs also need to be peeled and grated on a coarse grater.
STEP 10
Cut the prunes into small pieces.
STEP 11
We collect the salad. Place chicken fillet and coat with mayonnaise.
STEP 12
Drain the marinade. Spread the onion in a second layer, then the mayonnaise.

Third layer – eggs, mayonnaise.

Then add cucumbers and mayonnaise.
STEP 15
Fifth layer – carrots, mayonnaise.
STEP 16
The sixth layer is green peas, mayonnaise. You can place separate peas around the edges of the salad.

The last layer is prunes. And decorate the salad with a mesh of mayonnaise.
