Salad Prague

Spectacular, tasty, tender, easy to prepare - it's all about it! Delicate Prague salad combines sweet and sour flavor notes! Prunes go well with chicken fillet, and also give the salad a piquant, sweetish taste along with green peas. Pleasant sourness comes from pickled onions and cucumbers. The salad is perfect not only for lunch or dinner, it will also decorate the holiday table with its bright colors! It can be served in a large salad bowl or made into individual servings.

My husband asked me to make some delicious salad. And I prepared him a Prague salad, which I had been looking at on the website for a long time. I boiled eggs, carrots and chicken breast. I didn’t pickle the onion, but simply poured boiling water over it for 5 minutes to remove the bitterness. I laid out the cake in layers, as directed. Coating each layer with mayonnaise. I grated carrots and eggs on a coarse grater. I had homemade pickled cucumber. I also chopped prunes and coated them with mayonnaise. I sprinkled chopped dill on top. The salad looked good. He didn’t have time to really soak, as he was quickly eaten. It's very tasty!

Verochka, it really is Prague! The top of the head is an exact copy! The salad is wonderful! I really love pickled onions in salads, they are juicy and sour, and in combination with chicken fillet and carrots, they are simply necessary. Prunes are here not only for the beauty of finishing the decoration, but with their rich oriental taste they will give exactly the charm that gave the salad its name! Well done, a very beautiful salad that we need, thank you, dear friend! Happy upcoming holidays!

Irisha, I liked this salad precisely because it is not so filling. Moreover, prunes will not allow food to linger in the stomach for a long time.

Verochka, I haven’t been to Prague either, but your salad didn’t seem to me like the design of the “Prague” torus, its top is also laid with carved patterns and prunes are like chocolate, the top is painted in dark tones, it is tall, fluffy, loose, like biscuit and mysterious! Very very beautiful!
