  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, put on fire. When the water boils, put the chicken breast in the pan and boil until tender: approximate cooking time is 20-30 minutes. Remove the finished breast from the broth, cool and cut into small pieces.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Boil the eggs hard and keep in cold water until completely cool. Peel and cut into small cubes. There is a special round strainer with square cells - you can use it to cut eggs in seconds.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Take a salad dish. Place the chicken fillet in the first layer and spread mayonnaise on top. First we make a grid, and then we spread it with a spoon.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

We lay out half the eggs in a second layer, the other half will be used to form the pig’s head. We also pour mayonnaise and grind it.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place a third layer of prunes and coat with mayonnaise.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the fourth layer of nuts. It is not necessary to grind them, although this is optional. I used halves and quarters of nuts. We also apply and spread mayonnaise on top.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Next, place the eggs in a heap in the part of the salad where the pig’s head will be. Top them with mayonnaise.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese. Cut three circles from the sausage and make a snout and ears out of them. We install them in their places. Insert green pea eyes. Decorate with fresh dill. Our pig is ready!
