Salad with salted pink salmon
Can be made with any red fish - salted or smoked. Usually, on major family holidays, I prepared a layered Dandelion salad with red fish. This time, for my son’s birthday, there was little time for cooking, so I made a simplified version, removing the cheese and replacing the apples with fresh country cucumbers. The result was a new, interesting-tasting salad that everyone liked no less than its predecessor.

STEP 1

How to make a salad with salted pink salmon? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2

Clean the salted pink salmon from bones and skin. Cut the pulp into cubes.
STEP 3

Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, cool, peel and cut into cubes. I had one large potato. After cooking, I peeled it, cut it into 4 pieces and baked it in the oven for about 15 minutes. This made the taste more interesting.
STEP 4

Boil the carrots in their skins until tender, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
STEP 5

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.
STEP 6

Also cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
STEP 7

Combine pink salmon, eggs, potatoes and cucumbers in a salad bowl.
STEP 8

Season with mayonnaise.
STEP 9

And mix well.

Such a lifesaver when guests suddenly arrive. Salad with salted pink salmon is moderately light and tasty. When I saw the recipe, I immediately boiled everything. In the morning, when the guests arrive, all that remains is to cut and season everything. TASTY!!! Thanks for the recipe!
