STEP 1
How to make a salad with red fish, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Any type of red fish is suitable for preparing the salad. Boil the eggs in advance. To do this, fill them with water. To prevent them from cracking, the water must be cold. Place on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil for 7-8 minutes and then drain the hot water. Cool the eggs in cold water.
STEP 2
Peel the cooled eggs from their shells. separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater and mash the yolks with a fork.
STEP 3
The salad can be prepared in a salad bowl, in a serving ring or in portioned cups. I chose the third option. Place the first layer of grated whites on the bottom of the cups and make a light mesh of mayonnaise over them.
STEP 4
Wash and dry fresh cucumbers. Cut off the tails on both sides. Then cut them into small cubes. Check first to make sure the cucumbers are not bitter.
STEP 5
Place the sliced cucumbers in a second layer. There is also a mesh of mayonnaise on them.
STEP 6
The next layer will be red fish, cut into small pieces. When slicing fish, be careful and remove any bones.
STEP 7
Spread the egg yolks as the last top layer.
