    How to make a layered salad with pineapples, champignons and chicken? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Any cheese is suitable for the salad, as long as it is well grated. Choose champignons that are light, without darkening or damage.

    To prepare the salad, you need to boil the eggs and chicken fillet. To do this, boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling water for 25-30 minutes. Salt it a little. Cool the boiled fillet.

    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Wash the champignons and cut into slices. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions for 4-5 minutes. Don't forget to stir so nothing burns. Salt the mushrooms a little when frying. Cool the fried mushrooms completely.

    To assemble the salad, use a cooking ring (16-20cm) or the edge of a springform pan. Place the ring on a wide plate. Finely chop the chicken fillet and place it in a ring as the first layer of salad. Press the meat down a little so that it fits snugly. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.

    Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Place the sliced ​​cucumbers in the mold, pressing them down a little.

For the guests I made a salad with pineapples, mushrooms, champignons and layered chicken. All my relatives are already accustomed to my delicious “cakes” and this salad was the first to leave the table. It has many layers of different flavors and it's great! I steamed the chicken for the salad, then cut it into small pieces and laid it out as the first layer. I fried the champignons with onions and placed them on top of the chicken. I didn’t squeeze the oil too much so that it soaked the chicken, a very good combination. Next I laid out the rest of the products. The eggs were divided into two layers. Squeeze the pineapple pieces well from the juice before adding them to the salad. I replaced the hard cheese with processed cheese, I like it better. I collected everything in a ring with a diameter of 16 cm. The salad stood for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and went to the table. It's so juicy and delicious! Wonderful salad! I love the combination of chicken cheese and pineapples and champignons. I prepare a very similar salad, only I add pickled mushrooms, they make the salad more juicy, but I think it will be just as tasty with fried ones

I also make a similar salad, there are marinated mushrooms with cheese. It is very juicy and tasty. But this salad, with fried mushrooms and chicken, is also damn good! My friends and family had it down in minutes.
