Salad with pear, brie cheese and cherry tomatoes

Brie can be replaced with any other type of cheese. I came up with this salad on the fly. Lately I haven't been craving anything baked or fried at all. I'm drawn to various cheese, fruit and vegetable salads with light non-mayonnaise dressings based on olive oil with the addition of honey, wine vinegar or lemon juice. So I spent the whole month experimenting with different food combinations and dressings. Among all the blue cheeses, I especially love brie and camembert, so I buy them quite often. And I always eat like this. But they make wonderful salads.
