STEP 1

How to make a salad with mussels and tomatoes? We will need: mussels, tomatoes (you can take any, cherry tomatoes look better in a festive version), any vegetables and herbs. I added green beans, bell pepper, parsley, basil, as well as sesame seeds, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce. If you like it, then arugula goes well with this salad.
STEP 2

Wash the green beans, remove the ends of each pod from both sides. Boil the beans in salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Drain the water, cool the beans, cut each pod into 3 parts.
STEP 3

Rinse frozen mussels under running water, place them in boiling salted water, and wait until they boil. Reduce heat and cook mussels for 1 minute. Mussel meat is tender, so you should not exceed the cooking time so that the taste of the seafood is not lost.
STEP 4

Remove the finished mussels with a slotted spoon and let cool.
STEP 5

Wash the bell pepper, dry it, remove the seeds, cut into strips.
STEP 6

Wash the parsley and basil, dry and chop finely. You can choose any greens to suit your taste.
STEP 7

Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until light golden brown.
STEP 8

Combine beans, mussels, bell peppers, herbs, mix.
STEP 9

Place vegetables and mussels on a plate. You can optionally use lettuce leaves for decoration.
STEP 10

Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them into 2 or 4 parts.
STEP 11

Place tomato slices on top of the salad.
STEP 12

Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
STEP 13

For dressing, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, mix well.
STEP 14

Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
