I added green beans, bell pepper, parsley, basil, as well as sesame seeds, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce. If you like it, then arugula goes well with this salad.

    Wash the green beans, remove the ends of each pod from both sides. Boil the beans in salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Drain the water, cool the beans, cut each pod into 3 parts.

    Rinse frozen mussels under running water, place them in boiling salted water, and wait until they boil. Reduce heat and cook mussels for 1 minute. Mussel meat is tender, so you should not exceed the cooking time so that the taste of the seafood is not lost.

A salad of mussels and tomatoes is very good both on holidays and on long weekends, when you don’t know what to cook that will be tasty and not too labor-intensive. I didn’t have green beans, but I did have red onions in my bins. everything came together quite harmoniously!
