Salad pepper tomatoes
Preparing a tomato and pepper salad takes a minimum of time, since the vegetables for it are most often taken raw. How long it takes to cut them is how much you cook. Then you just need to mix everything, pour in sauce, vinegar, oil or a combination of everything. And you can eat right away. This fresh salad is suitable as a side dish for meat and fish. Wonderful as an appetizer for a simple or festive table.
You can combine it with any other raw and canned vegetables such as: cucumbers, onions, arugula, cabbage, spinach, celery, fresh herbs, carrots, hot peppers, green onions. And also pickled cheese, olives, black olives.
Pre-treatment of all vegetables with marinade is allowed.
Suitable as a filling: vinegar mixed with olive oil with the addition of salt and ground pepper, paprika, dried herbs. Regular mayonnaise (although it's boring). Sour cream. Creamy sauce and sauce based on natural juice such as apple or lemon.
