Vegetable season is in full swing, so I decided to make a salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes with mozzarella. The radishes and cucumbers were not large in size, so I cut them as the author wrote - into circles, and the pepper into slices. But if the cucumbers are large, then I would cut them smaller so that the sizes of the vegetable pieces are the same and combine harmoniously in the salad. I cut the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella into halves and added lettuce leaves. From the spices I took a “mixture of herbs” - they fit perfectly into this salad. Seasoned with oil and served. I really liked the taste of this salad, because... it didn’t have a distinct flavor, and the fresh and crunchy vegetables were very harmoniously complemented by the rather neutral, but at the same time delicate and creamy taste of the mozzarella. This salad will definitely be a frequent guest on my table. Thanks to the author!

Salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes with mozzarella is incredibly delicious! I also added olives, I wanted it that way. They go perfectly with vegetables and herbs. The salad turns out no worse than in a restaurant. You can cook it on weekdays and on holidays. It looks appetizing and elegant. I'm very pleased with the result!
