STEP 1
How to make Italian classic Caprese salad with mozzarella? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during the cutting process they can spread into a shapeless mass and ruin the appearance of the dish. Instead of vinegar, you can use balsamic cream sauce. It is more viscous in consistency and soft in taste.
STEP 2
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into thin slices.
STEP 3
Remove the mozzarella ball from the brine, dry and cut into thin slices. The thinner you cut it, the tastier the salad will be. In general, thin cutting means a lot for this salad.
STEP 4
Place slices of tomatoes, mozzarella and basil leaves on the dish, slightly overlapping, alternating. You can lay it like mine, or you can lay it in a circle.
STEP 5
