Salad of tomatoes and cucumbers

To prepare a delicious vegetable salad for the winter, we prepare the necessary products with spices.

Cut one kilogram of cucumbers into slices one centimeter thick and place them in a large enamel bowl.
STEP 3

Cut half a kilogram of onions into half rings.
STEP 4

Place the chopped onions in an enamel bowl with the cucumbers.
STEP 5

Pour two tablespoons of table salt into a bowl with cucumbers and onions for pickling.

Mix the onions and cucumbers well together in a bowl.
STEP 7

Cut half a kilogram of bell pepper into half rings and place in a bowl with cucumbers and onions.
STEP 8

Roughly but not very coarsely chop the dill and parsley to your liking.
STEP 9

Place the chopped greens in a bowl with cucumbers, peppers and onions.
STEP 10

Cut seven cloves of garlic into small slices.
STEP 11

Place the chopped garlic in a common bowl with vegetables and herbs.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

Cut three kilograms of tomatoes into arbitrary slices up to one centimeter wide.

Place the chopped tomatoes in an enamel bowl with vegetables.

Pour three tablespoons of sugar into an enamel bowl with vegetables.
STEP 16

Pour one hundred and twenty grams of vegetable oil into a bowl with vegetables.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and set it aside for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Pour four to five black peppercorns into each of the half-liter jars, add one bay leaf and lay out the salad, which we then seal and cover the jars with a lid that has previously been sterilized.

Add juice to each jar of salad and cover all the vegetables with it, then cover them with lids.
STEP 20

We put a pan of hot water on the stove, then put jars of salad in it, the water should reach the sides of the jars and, after bringing it to a boil, sterilize the jars for thirty minutes.
STEP 21

After sterilization, add one teaspoon of 9% vinegar to each jar of salad and close them tightly with sterile lids.
STEP 22

We turn the jars with the prepared salad over and put them on the lid, check for leaks, then put them under a warm blanket until they cool completely, after which we put them in storage in a dark and dry place away from heating devices.
