I made a salad with chicken and pickled cucumbers. I fried the chicken fillet, boiled the eggs, chopped all the vegetables, poured additional boiling water over the onions to get rid of excessive harshness and bitterness. When mixing the salad, all ingredients must be at the same temperature, otherwise the shelf life of the finished dish is significantly reduced. The result was a very juicy, bright salad - a wonderful table decoration! The variety of flavors creates an interesting combination. The ingredients complement each other perfectly.
