Salad with chicken and pickled cucumbers

STEP 1
How to make a salad with chicken and pickled cucumbers? Prepare the necessary products. I used chicken fillet, but any part of the chicken will do, such as thigh or drumstick.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet and dry well. Cut the fillet into small cubes. Salt, add any spices to taste and stir.
STEP 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces over moderately high heat until golden brown. Turn the pieces periodically so that they are fried evenly on all sides. Remove the finished chicken from the pan and cool.
STEP 4
Pre-peeled onions, wash and cut into small cubes. You can take red or white onion.
STEP 5
To remove excess bitterness from the onion, pour boiling water over it and leave until it cools. Then place the onion in a sieve to drain the water.
STEP 6
Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it finely. Dill greens will also work.
STEP 7
Wash the bell pepper and dry it. Remove the stem and seeds. Cut the pepper into small cubes.

Peel the boiled eggs, cut into cubes.
STEP 9
Wash the tomato and cut into small cubes. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during the cutting process they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
STEP 10
Slice the pickled cucumbers in the same way.
STEP 11
In a suitable-sized salad bowl, combine the prepared ingredients: chicken, eggs, pickled cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and herbs. Add mayonnaise to taste and stir. At the end of the recipe there is a link to homemade mayonnaise recipes. You can also use sour cream or natural yogurt as a dressing. You can take them separately or mix them with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
