STEP 1

How to make a classic Greek salad with feta cheese, tomatoes and olives? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to use red onion, it has a milder taste. You will need juice from the lemon, so you can use store-bought juice. Lemon juice can be replaced with wine vinegar. Instead of feta cheese, you can use feta. Take high-quality olives. STEP 2

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
STEP 3

Peel the bell pepper and remove its stem. Cut the pulp into semicircles.
STEP 4

Cut the cucumbers into slices.
STEP 5

Cut the onion into half rings. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes, rinse it and your knife with cold water.

Cut the cheese into medium cubes.
