For lunch I decided to make a classic Greek salad with feta cheese. The tomatoes were not a bright color, so I added a little red in addition to the green bell pepper. I like adding lemon juice to vegetable salads, so I squeezed lemon juice for the dressing. I didn’t add salt; the saltiness of the cheese was enough for me. Very juicy, tasty and aromatic!
