From seasonal vegetables collected from the garden, the salad will turn out to be much tastier and more aromatic. You can use olive, regular vegetable or rapeseed oil. The quantity of each component can be adjusted according to your own taste preferences. So, rinse all vegetables and herbs in cold water and dry with paper towels.

    If the cucumber has rough skin, it should be cut off. Cut the cucumbers into medium-sized cubes. In general, the method of cutting vegetables can be absolutely any. The salad will look beautiful and elegant if all the components are chopped in the same way, for example, into cubes or slices. Place the cucumber in a deep salad bowl.

    Cut the bell peppers into two halves and remove the core, seeds and white veins. For the salad, I took 4 small bell peppers of different colors. Cut the pepper into cubes and add to the cucumbers.

Moreover, now is the season for fresh vegetables, you can enjoy the gifts of summer. For me, cutting vegetables in this salad is unusual, I always cut vegetables coarsely) I cut everything as written in the recipe and I really liked it, it makes the salad look more harmonious, and it’s more convenient to take it from a common salad bowl. I had fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, but I took the bell peppers from the freezer. I was worried that it wouldn’t be very tasty, but thanks to the spicy dressing, the pepper was well marinated and tasted just as good as fresh. We somehow don’t like olives, I use them very rarely. I decided to replace them with pickled cucumber, it was a little spicy. I also had lettuce leaves, I always add them if I have them, I even sometimes replace cabbage with them in salads) The dressing is generally wonderful, super aromatic! I took unrefined oil and added a mixture of herbs for the salad, savory, basil and dill. Then I thought about it and added a couple of sprigs of fresh cilantro to the salad) In general, the salad smelled of all these aromas throughout the kitchen) Very tasty!
