I really love vegetable salads with chicken. And I liked this recipe. I decided to cook, having all the ingredients available. For beauty, I took peppers and tomatoes of different colors. I had store-bought chicken that was already marinated Mexican style, so I didn’t add any soy sauce. Fried chicken fillet with sweet pepper until cooked. I cut the tomatoes into slices. Roasted sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. I used a salad mix that included arugula, radicchio, escarole and frisee. I love this mix, it's healthy, fresh and crunchy. I cooled the chicken meat with pepper a little so that the lettuce leaves would not wilt from the hot temperature. Combined salad mix, tomato, chicken with pepper and sprinkled with fried sesame seeds. The only spices I used were salt and pepper. The warm salad with chicken peppers and tomatoes came out amazing. It is so bright, appetizing, aromatic and incredibly tasty that it is very difficult to tear yourself away. A true harmony of tastes. The leaves are crunchy, the chicken is soft, the pepper is juicy, the sesame is fragrant, the tomatoes are fresh - incredibly tasty.
