STEP 1

How to make a salad with crab sticks and red caviar? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Instead of red caviar, you can use cheaper protein caviar. And also complement the salad with other seafood, for example, boiled shrimp, squid or mussels.
STEP 2

Pre-cook the rice in plenty of boiling salted water until tender. It is important that the rice turns out fluffy.
STEP 3

Peel the crab sticks from the factory film and cut into small cubes. You can replace or supplement crab sticks with other seafood. For example, shrimp, squid or lightly salted red fish.
STEP 4

Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut into small cubes. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.
STEP 5

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.
STEP 6

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it as finely as possible. For convenience, I disassembled the cabbage into leaves. I used the leafy green part directly in the salad. I cut off the white, tougher part.

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. You can replace parsley with dill or other herbs to taste.
STEP 8

In a bowl, mix crab sticks, cucumbers, eggs, Chinese cabbage, parsley and caviar.
STEP 9

Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix gently, being careful not to crush the caviar.
STEP 10

Place a cooking ring (Ø 14-16 cm) on a plate. Place the salad in it. If you don’t want to put the salad in a ring, you can simply serve it in a salad bowl. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 11

Remove the cooking ring before serving. Garnish the salad with caviar and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
