    Pre-cook the rice in plenty of boiling salted water until tender. It is important that the rice turns out fluffy.

    Peel the crab sticks from the factory film and cut into small cubes. You can replace or supplement crab sticks with other seafood. For example, shrimp, squid or lightly salted red fish.

    Wash the cucumber and dry it. Cut into small cubes. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.

I made this salad today. It turned out a little dry. I had to add canned corn. After that it tasted better.
