  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We are preparing ingredients for our salad.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Boil lean meat or poultry until tender - I used chicken fillet. You can take veal, turkey, as well as ham or sausage. Cut the finished chilled meat into strips. If it is ham or sausage, grate it.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and cut them into strips.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Salt them, pepper them and fry them in vegetable oil. When you remove the mushrooms with a slotted spoon, make sure there is no excess oil.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Boil the eggs hard for 10 minutes, transfer them to cold water to cool. Then we clean them, separate the whites from the yolks and grate them into different plates on a fine grater.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Now let’s proceed directly to the assembly and see how to make a salad with meat, mushrooms and cheese. Place mushrooms in a salad bowl and sprinkle cheese on them. Coat the layer with mayonnaise. We do not sprinkle this layer with pepper and salt, since we already salted and peppered the mushrooms when frying.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Next comes the meat, salt and pepper to taste, coat the layer with mayonnaise. If you use sausage or ham, do not add salt and pepper, since this is all already included in their composition.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Sprinkle the salad with egg whites.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Decorate the salad with chopped dill and place egg yolks on top in the shape of flowers. Give the salad time to soak.

A good combination of products, although I prefer fried mushrooms in such salads rather than pickled ones. And I think that boiled chicken breast is healthier than ham or sausage, even though it takes longer to cook with meat.
