Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands and place in a large bowl, chop the fresh herbs, and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
STEP 2

Peel and cut ripe avocados into thin slices and add to the salad along with beans and corn.
STEP 3

To prepare the dressing, cut the avocado into several pieces and place in a food processor bowl, add sour cream, softened butter, juice of one lemon, onion, garlic and spices.
STEP 4

Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth puree.
STEP 5

The dressing can be served separately, or you can drizzle the salad in a bowl before serving.

I really like salads with avocado, but I wouldn’t mix it with beans and corn - the taste of the avocado will be drowned out... And I really liked the dressing - I’ll definitely use it... Today I’ll use it for a shrimp salad. Thank you, and Happy New Year!

thanks for the recipe! The salad turned out very tasty. You can't smell the avocado at all. I really like lemon juice, so I added more of it, it dulled the taste. garlic and onion. On the contrary, my mother doesn’t like lemon juice, so I put the salad on her plate separately without it. there the taste of garlic and onions was felt stronger.
