Salad Santa Claus

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We wash the rice and boil it until tender, then let it cool completely - after cooking the rice there is no need to rinse it so that it is viscous. Pour the juice from the canned food into a bowl (you will need it soon), remove the bones, and mash the fish with a fork.
STEP 2

Boil the eggs hard by placing them in boiling water with a little salt for 10 minutes. Then transfer them to cold water to cool. We clean the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Prepare the sauce. Grind two boiled yolks with fish juice and mustard, add cheese and grated whites.

Add soy sauce, chopped herbs, pepper,

Mix everything well.
STEP 5

Let's start assembling the salad. First of all, place some of the rice on the dish in a mound as shown in the photo.

Grease the rice with sauce.

Apply some of the fish mass on top.
STEP 8

Lubricate the fish layer with sauce.
STEP 9

We continue to lay out layers of rice and fish, alternating them and coating them with sauce. We form a completed Santa Claus figurine - see the photo for an example.

For decoration, we make red mayonnaise like this: add beet juice or dye to the mayonnaise and mix it all well until the color is uniform.
STEP 11

Lubricate Santa's body, cheeks and cap with red mayonnaise.
STEP 12

We coat the beard and the edges of the fur coat with white mayonnaise, and add cloves to the eyes.
STEP 13

Olives are used for the legs and arms.
STEP 14

We cut out star snowflakes from cheese.
STEP 15

The salad should stand in the refrigerator for two hours to soak well.
