Wash fresh champignons and cut into strips. We clean and chop the onion. Fry the mushrooms and onions in a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Fry for about 5 minutes while stirring. Such mushrooms will quickly reach readiness, and the onions will have time to cook well and become transparent.
STEP 3
For the recipe we take one large or two small fresh cucumbers. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into thin strips, add a little salt.
STEP 4
Pour the prunes into a small deep container and pour boiling water over them. Leave it to soak for 10-20 minutes until it swells and becomes soft. Next, take it out of the water, place it in a colander to drain excess liquid, and cut it into strips.
STEP 5
Boil eggs hard. To do this, put them in boiling water with salt and cook after boiling for 10 minutes over moderate heat. Cool in cold water, then peel and divide into whites and yolks. Mash the yolks with a fork and set aside for now. We grate the whites on a coarse grater, divide them into two parts and boil one half in strong black tea so that they change color to brown.

In this recipe I use boiled drumsticks, but you can also use other meaty parts of chicken, boiled or smoked (chicken fillet, legs, thighs). I boiled the drumsticks in salted water for about 40 minutes, cooled them, removed the skin, separated the meat from the bone and chopped them.
STEP 7
The following steps will make it clear how to make Layered Chicken Salad with Prunes as we begin to assemble it. Lay out the layers one by one. The first layer is chopped chicken meat - we take half of the total amount.
STEP 8
Place the second layer of egg yolks and apply mayonnaise on top.
STEP 9
Spread the third layer of prunes and apply mayonnaise again.
STEP 10
The fourth layer consists of champignons fried with onions - salt and pepper this layer to taste. Place the cucumber in the fifth layer. The sixth layer is the remaining smoked breast, which we grease with mayonnaise.
STEP 11
We design the top layer as in the photo. The light part is ordinary squirrels, the dark part is colored squirrels.
STEP 12
Chopped or whole olives serve as a dividing strip.
