    How to make Terka salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients. All vegetables must be fresh and raw. Wash them and dry with paper towels. I used olive oil, but you can use any refined vegetable oil.

    It is better to take young cabbage for this salad, but old cabbage will do. Remove any tough outer leaves. Shred the cabbage as thinly as possible or chop finely with a sharp knife. The thinner it is sliced, the tastier the salad will be. Transfer the cabbage to a plate and crush it well with your hands so that it becomes softer and releases the juice.

    Peel the beets and grate them using a Korean vegetable grater or a regular coarse grater.

    Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater or a Korean vegetable grater. Also wash and dry the dill and chop it finely.

    Combine all the chopped vegetables in a suitable deep container. Add chopped dill or parsley and about a tablespoon of lemon juice. Pour in vegetable oil. If desired, you can add just a little salt. If you like, add finely chopped regular onions or white salad onions, or you can chop green onions.

I had juicy, delicious cabbage, I wanted to make a salad out of it, but I just got tired of cabbage salad. I found this option. I chopped the cabbage, mashed it, and got a lot of juice. I grated the carrots and beets on a medium grater so that the vegetables were more tender. From the greens I added aromatic dill. Lemon juice perfectly enhances the taste of vegetables. This salad is very easy and quick to prepare. And the effect is amazing! The salad is so beautiful, the beets colored the edges of the cabbage and created an interesting pattern. The salad is delicious, sweetish from carrots and beets, with lemon sourness. It's crispy but not too hard. Very tasty, colorful and unusual!
