Salad carrots sausage croutons made my son and I for dinner. You don’t want anything hot in the heat, but a cool and hearty salad is just what you need. I only replaced the sausage with baked pork. It is very aromatic and slightly spicy. The cucumber had to be peeled because the skin was rough, but it was even juicier. I fried the onion half rings over medium heat to create a caramel flavor and a pleasant color. And I grated the carrots on a Korean grater. It turned out beautifully and the carrot strips were still crispy. My crackers are not the right shape, but they have my favorite taste). The dressed salad was immediately served on the table with fresh tomatoes. It turned out very tasty, a wonderful combination of all products!
