STEP 1
How to make a salad Africa kiwi chicken apple cheese egg? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet under running water, boil in water salted to taste until tender. This will take approximately 25 minutes. Remove the meat from the water and let it cool. Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small cubes. Set it aside, we will return to it in the next steps. If you have frozen fillet, then defrost it first on the top shelves of the refrigerator.
STEP 3
Take fresh, natural cheese, without vegetable fats, as this may affect the taste of the finished dish. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Set it aside, we'll come back to it in the next steps.
STEP 4
Take eggs, if you have small ones, you can take 3 pieces. Wash the eggs in warm water and baking soda, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface. Hard boil, cool, peel, separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the egg whites on a coarse grater and the yolks on a fine grater. If you wish, you can also grate the yolks on a coarse grater or even cut the whites and yolks with a knife. Also set the chopped eggs aside, we’ll come back to them a little later.
STEP 5
Wash the kiwi under running water, dry, peel and cut into half circles. Leave a few for decoration. Choose firm, not soft kiwi fruits so that they hold their shape well. Wash the apple under running water, dry, peel and seeds, grate on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Set aside the cut fruits; we'll get to them a little later. Now let's start assembling the salad.
STEP 6
Take a deep salad bowl to lay out the salad in layers. Lubricate each layer with mayonnaise; it is convenient to do this with a silicone spatula or spoon. Place chicken fillet as the first layer of salad and brush with mayonnaise.

Place chopped kiwi on the second layer of salad and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 8
Place grated egg white on the third layer of salad and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 9
Place apples in the fourth layer of salad and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 10
Place grated cheese on the fifth layer of salad and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 11
Place Korean carrots in the sixth layer of salad. You can make Korean carrots for this salad yourself or buy them at the store. Before placing carrots in a salad bowl, squeeze them out of the marinade or let the liquid drain by placing the carrots in a sieve or colander in advance. Excess moisture will make the salad watery and ruin its appearance.
STEP 12
You can simply spread a layer of mayonnaise on top of the Korean carrots, but for beauty, I recommend making a mesh of mayonnaise.
STEP 13
Sprinkle grated yolks around the edges and into the resulting diamonds.
STEP 14
Use the kiwi slices set aside for decoration to create a rose in the middle of the salad. You can decorate with mayonnaise and dill. I decorated with mint leaves. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak and you can serve. Bon appetit!
