Russian-style julienne with dill, potatoes, mushrooms and chicken

STEP 1

Cut the potatoes into strips and fry with a small amount of vegetable oil until a light crust sets.
STEP 2

Cut the fillet and mushrooms into smaller pieces and simmer separately from the potatoes for 30 minutes, at the end add pepper and salt.
STEP 3

Prepare the sauce: melt the butter, sift the flour into it, grind the mixture with a spoon, add milk, stir well again and cook until the desired thickness. Pour this liquid sauce over the mushrooms and chicken.
STEP 4

When the sauce with mushrooms and chicken boils, turn off the gas and add finely chopped dill.
STEP 5

Place potatoes on the bottom of cocotte makers or special pots.
STEP 6

Top with mushroom and chicken sauce.
STEP 7

Crumble grated cheese.
STEP 8

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Let's serve julienne to the table!
