Even though eating pork affects my figure, I still can’t refuse it, especially in this form. But I think that this recipe is not a very big threat to the figure, provided that you need to eat it without bread and potatoes, stewed vegetables are very useful in it, but I would also add carrots.

The dish looks great in the photo. Now is the vegetable season, I’ll definitely cook it. Only I cook mostly in the air fryer. Can someone tell me how much I need to reduce the cooking time?

Good recipe and excellent execution. In my opinion, the roast looks appetizing in the photo; you can also decorate this dish with fresh, finely chopped herbs.

If you take pork that is not fatty, such as neck or tenderloin, then this dish will not have much effect on your figure. But if you add carrots, you can ruin the dish itself. You won’t cook this every day, but you can for a holiday. I'll just add cherry tomatoes.
