Let's prepare the necessary ingredients: eggs, sugar, flour, apples and cinnamon. Sorry, but the cinnamon apples are not included in the photo.

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer. We achieve complete dissolution of sugar grains, as well as a significant increase in the volume of the mass. I beat for 8-10 minutes at different speeds, starting at minimum and gradually increasing to maximum, then reducing speed to minimum.
STEP 3

This is the mass you should get.
STEP 4

Next, sift the flour in small portions and gently knead with a spoon clockwise and from bottom to top. You need to sift so that the flour is saturated with oxygen and the sponge cake turns out fluffy. As a result, the dough should turn out smooth and uniform, without flour lumps.
STEP 5

I turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, I cut the apples directly into the dough and sprinkle them with cinnamon. Then I mix everything
STEP 6

I cover the pan with parchment paper and pour out the dough with apples. I put our pan in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes, depending on the oven.
STEP 7
