Raw carrot salad with walnuts and honey
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make a salad of raw carrots with walnuts and honey? I am sharing with you a recipe in which I want to tell you how to make a raw carrot salad with nuts. First, let's take the products from the list.
STEP 2

We clean and grate fresh carrots on a fine or coarse grater (as you prefer), then mix them with a spoon of olive oil. If you don’t have olive oil on hand, and you really want to make a salad, then replace it with vegetable oil.
STEP 3

You can also chop carrots using a blender. To do this, first cut it into large pieces, put it in a blender bowl and scroll at low speed until the desired carrot consistency. It turns out carrot shavings. Next, remove it and mix it with olive (or vegetable) oil, as already mentioned in the step above.
STEP 4

We peel the walnuts, remove the kernels and chop them with a knife. You can also use almonds, hazelnuts or peanuts. Fry the chopped nuts in a frying pan without oil over medium heat while stirring - let them dry a little.
STEP 5

Transfer the carrots to a salad bowl.
STEP 6

Add chopped nuts to the carrots, pour in honey heated in a water bath and still hot and stir everything well. Let the finished salad brew for a while, mix again and serve.
