I usually make pizza with yeast dough, but today I needed to quickly prepare something tasty for a snack, so I chose this recipe. I spent no more than 30 minutes on a quick pizza with milk without yeast. I made the dough with dry milk, diluting 1.5 tbsp. l. milk in 0.7 cups of warm water. I added a beaten egg, salt, and a little sugar of my own. I added flour little by little, taking 2 and then 1 tbsp. l. The dough turned out soft, elastic, and did not stick to your hands. I rolled it out to the size of a large frying pan, the workpiece came out plump, about 0.5 cm thick. Having greased the dough with tomato paste, I put sausage on it (I had beef sausage), chopped tomatoes and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. After that, I added grated cheese and let the pizza sit in the oven for another 2-3 minutes. The filling is very simple, the set of products is, one might say, minimal. And the pizza tasted wonderful! The crumb turned out thin and dense. I ate two slices at once, without letting the pizza cool thoroughly. Thank you very much for the recipe!

QUICK PIZZA IN MILK WITHOUT YEAST from Krestina really liked it! Easy and fast! Both adults and children love pizza. I liked the dough according to Christina’s recipe so much that I wanted to make pizza with it. The pizza turned out very tasty, with juicy toppings and crispy edges, just the way I like it. Thank you very much for the recipe!!!!
