    Start cooking with the filling. To do this, pour the poppy seeds into a saucepan and pour boiling water over them. Take twice as much water as poppy seeds. Next, you can leave the poppy seed to swell for 30 minutes or, to speed up the process, simmer it over low heat for 15 minutes.

    I decided to boil the poppy seeds. After 15 minutes, drain if there is any water left. All the water was absorbed into my poppy. Cool it a little.

I made 500 grams of purchased yeast dough. Poppy seed 200g 1 egg 1tbsp butter 10 teaspoons sugar 10g. What a beauty! And how fast! My family loves poppy seed roll, but since I baked it from yeast dough, this event always lasted for half a day. Therefore, I gradually reduced this matter to a minimum. But I’ll definitely bake this beauty, and even the ring! Thank you!

I prepared 500g of purchased yeast-free dough. 200g of poppy seed. I poured a glass of water over the poppy seed and let it sit on the stove. Then I added ~~170 g of sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar, 50 g. drain the oil and a little starch and mix and leave it overnight. Roll out two layers, spread the filling evenly, let it soak with the seam down on a Teflon pan for ~30 minutes, and put a frying pan in a preheated gas oven at ~200 gr. From the bottom of the oven, the metal pan did not pull out and put a frying pan on it with a small amount of vom of water. It took me ~25 minutes to prepare. I turned off the oven and left the rolls in it. After ~2 hours I pulled it out onto a wooden board on a towel and covered it and left it until the morning. The roll turned out to have a rich aroma and taste, plenty of filling, was well soaked, and the aroma of the poppy seed roll spread throughout the apartment😋I fell asleep in a hungry faint😉I made it for the 1st time. 🥳👍 My family appreciated my feat)

A fragrant poppy seed roll without any hassle - very simple! For this puff pastry roll with poppy seeds, I buy dough in the store, and sometimes I use my own homemade dough, prepared for future use. In general, it takes literally 10 minutes to prepare, the rest is time for soaking the poppy seeds, and for baking. The roll turns out just wow!
