Apple roll in the oven

STEP 1

How to make a biscuit roll with apples in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen - this will give the finished dough fluffiness. For the filling, take large apples with a sweet and sour taste.
STEP 2

First of all, let's prepare the filling. Wash and peel the apples. Then grate the apples on a coarse grater. If juice appears from them, it must be drained. Sprinkle the grated apples with lemon juice to prevent them from starting to darken.
STEP 3

Add some sugar. Be guided by the acidity of apples. Mix all ingredients.
STEP 4

To prepare the dough, combine the eggs with sugar and start beating at low speed first until the sugar dissolves. Then increase the beating speed to maximum.
STEP 5

While the eggs are beating, line a baking tray (30*40) with baking paper. If necessary, grease with vegetable oil. Distribute the grated apples in an even layer.
STEP 6

The eggs will become white and fluffy. Add soda, vanillin and sifted flour to the beaten eggs. Mix the dough by hand with a whisk.
STEP 7

Spread the finished dough evenly over the surface of the apples. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven. During baking, the dough will increase slightly in size and the surface will become golden in color.
STEP 8

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and invert onto another sheet of parchment. Remove the sheet on which the roll was baked. The apples will be on top.
STEP 9

Roll the roll so that the apple filling is inside. Wrap the roll in the same sheet of parchment and cover with a towel. Leave to cool. The wrapped roll will not dry out.
STEP 10

Cut the finished apple sponge roll on both sides and serve. Enjoy your tea!
