I have never cooked an apple roll in the oven this way before. It was interesting to try) I first prepared the dough, and then the filling, so that the apples did not have time to darken too much. During this time, the dough did not settle and remained just as fluffy and saturated with air bubbles. I took sweet apples, so one spoon of sugar was enough for the filling. I was very afraid that I wouldn’t be able to roll the roll) It really wasn’t easy to turn the sheet over a towel, but then I realized to use a large cutting board and turned the baking sheet upside down on it. And the parchment had already slipped off the board and onto the towel. I rolled the roll very lightly and left it wrapped in a towel to cool. The roll did not break, did not crack, and the filling did not fall off. Everything went just great. I cut the cooled roll and took it to my neighbor’s house for tea. The taste of the roll is similar to apple charlotte. The dough is soft, airy and at the same time very juicy from apples. The roll is aromatic, tender, very tasty. Thanks for the recipe!

Finally baked an apple roll. Only when folding it, for some reason, it tore a little. I made it for half a portion and used 2 apples for the filling. But it looks like there’s too much filling, maybe that’s why it curled up like that. But this did not affect the taste, the roll was very tasty, everyone liked it. Simple, quick and easy to prepare.
