STEP 1

How to make puff pastry boats with meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Puff pastry is most often purchased frozen. Therefore, take it out of the freezer in advance so that it defrosts a little. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Peel the onions and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onion using a sharp knife.
STEP 2

Place the required amount of minced meat into a spacious bowl. Add finely chopped onion to it. Add a little salt and spices to taste. As a spice, it will be enough to add a little ground black pepper and dry dill or parsley.
STEP 3

Mix the entire mass with your hands until smooth, so that all ingredients are evenly mixed with each other.
STEP 4

Place the defrosted dough on a lightly floured counter. Roll it out a little and cut into rectangles. Make cuts on the sides of each rectangle.
STEP 5

Place a little meat filling in the center of each rectangle and sprinkle with pre-grated cheese. Then wrap one part of the dough with a cut over the filling. And then the second part. This way the filling will peek out from the cuts. Pinch the edges a little.
STEP 6
