  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make PP tuna salad? Prepare your food. Take tuna in its own juice, not in oil. This will reduce the calorie content of the salad. Boil the eggs first and cool. Instead of cherry tomatoes, you can take large tomatoes; then you will need 2 of them. Wash the vegetables first. Do not take spicy mustard, but one that is tasty to eat. I took it with grains.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the tuna in a sieve to drain the liquid.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rinse the lettuce leaves well under running water and then place them on a paper towel. Blot the leaves from all sides - excess moisture will quickly make them limp and withered.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

If you have large tomatoes, then cut them into slices; just cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cut off the ends of the cucumber and cut it into slices.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Cut the eggs into quarters.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Take a plate. Tear lettuce leaves onto it. It is important to do this with your hands and not cut with a knife, because contact with metal will quickly oxidize and wither the salad. Place tuna on lettuce leaves, breaking it into small pieces with your hands.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Add tomatoes, cucumber and onion half rings on top, after disassembling them into smaller pieces.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Place egg quarters on top.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Prepare the dressing. Pour olive oil into a small cup, pour lemon juice into it, and add a spoonful of mustard. Mix all ingredients well with a spoon.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Lightly salt the salad. Please note that tuna is quite salty. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately. Salads with greens should not be left dressed for a long time - the vegetables give off juice, the greens get wet and become unappetizing. If you plan to prepare the salad in advance, season and salt it just before serving.
