    How to make PP salad with apples, walnuts and cheese? First, prepare everything you need for the dressing. I used olive oil for the base, but you can replace it with sunflower oil. It will be especially tasty with unrefined. If your honey is candied, first melt it in the microwave or steam it.

    Peel the garlic and pass through a press or grate on a fine grater.

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, liquid honey, mustard, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk everything thoroughly until smooth.

    Now prepare the ingredients for the salad. It is better to use spinach with small leaves, young, it is also called baby spinach. You can replace feta with feta, goat cheese, soft curd cheese or brined white mozzarella. If you wish, you can cut the walnuts into small pieces or leave them in halves.

    Wash the spinach and dry. Cut off the long petioles, leaving only the leaves. If you have regular spinach with fairly large leaves, cut them into 2-3 pieces.

    Cut the red onion into half rings.

    Hard-boil the egg, cool, peel and cut into slices.

    Wash the apples, cut into four parts and remove the core. Cut the fruit into thin slices. Apples need to be chopped at the last moment after all the other ingredients so that they do not have time to darken. For beauty, use apples of different colors and varieties: one green (Granny Smith or Simerinka) and one red of any variety.

    In a large bowl, combine spinach, red onion, apple slices, crumbled fetax and walnuts.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.

For lunch I needed some quick refreshing salad, I chose a salad recipe with apples, cheese, eggs, onions and nuts. The spinach was large, so I cut it into squares, took apple cider vinegar, and instead of grainy mustard added a mixture of herbs. The salad turned out to be unusual, but tasty :) The children especially liked the apples and nuts in the salad. Thanks to the author
