Let's start with the filling first. This is regular mashed potatoes, just a little thinner. Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water until tender and mash with the addition of butter and milk. I also added fresh finely chopped dill.

While the filling is cooling, make unleavened dough. Beat the egg with sugar and salt, add milk.
STEP 4

Then add melted margarine and vegetable oil. Mix everything well.
STEP 5

Add enough flour to knead a stiff dough. I needed about 480 grams of flour.
STEP 6

The dough should be soft and elastic.
STEP 7

We make balls weighing about 30 grams from it and roll them out thinly. These flatbreads are called skants.
STEP 8

Place a tablespoon of filling on each scant and level it out.
STEP 9

And pinch the edges of the cake.
STEP 10

Place the gates on a greased baking sheet.
STEP 11

Beat sour cream with egg.
STEP 12

Lubricate the gates on top.
STEP 13

Bake the gates in a well-heated oven for 10 minutes.
STEP 14
