I didn't layer the ingredients, but mixed everything in a bowl, then placed it in a baking tray. I had lean pork, it would have been better with a little fat, it would have been juicier and more tender. For spices, I took universal vegetable seasoning with dried herbs. I also always add vegetable oil to such dishes, it adds juiciness and the potatoes and meat do not stick to the sleeve. I baked until the meat was soft, here it is the “toughest”, so I was guided by it. The dish is very tasty, juicy, potatoes and carrots are soaked in meat juice. Spices added aroma and spicy taste. During baking, the bright aroma of garlic appears, the appetite comes by itself) A delicious universal dish.
