Cut the onion into cubes, mushrooms into slices.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry until liquid evaporates. At the very end, add chopped garlic and herbs.

Grate the cheese and add to the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Season the meat with salt and pepper. If the chopped meat turns out to be large, then cut it into 2 parts. Spread 1 tsp on the meat. filling and roll into a roll. If desired, each roll can be tied with thread or secured with a skewer.

Fry the resulting rolls in vegetable oil on both sides until crusty. Place the tortillas in a saucepan, add a glass of water (maybe a little more, the water should cover half) and simmer over low heat for about an hour or until soft.

If desired, 10 minutes before cooking, you can add 150 g of sour cream to the krucheniki pan (add 1 teaspoon of flour to the sour cream first, it will thicken the sauce and prevent the sour cream from curdling). And simmer until done. You will get a very tasty sour cream sauce.
