I think that each of the cooks will add something of their own or change the recipe a little for themselves, and so it is with me. To begin with, there were a little more onions, the carrots were cut into cubes, as were the potatoes. Yes, as in the above reviews, the meat came with fat. It was cut and melted, the meat was fried purely on its own. I added spices (I really like them) utskho-suneli, hot seasoning (brought from the Caucasus) and a little other things. Otherwise, everything seems to be close to the recipe. Photo in the trailer. The whole family ran around the kitchen and went crazy from the aroma, and the end result was very tasty. I think it will cool down a little, add garlic and herbs... and we’ll have to fight off the neighbors

A wonderful dish for a family dinner. My children really love potatoes with meat, and so do I. I had pork with a layer of lard. I cut off the lard, finely chopped it and melted the fat. I drained the fat itself, and added pieces of meat to the fat and fried it. Then fried it along with onions and carrots. I transferred the roast into a pan, added potatoes and simmered. I actually added the tomato paste last; I wanted the potatoes to have time to boil. After all, a tomato is sour and does not always allow the potatoes to become soft. I liked the stew of pork with potatoes and vegetables with the addition of tomatoes; the children also quickly ate their portions. I added a little freshly ground pepper to my plate for flavor and a little spice. A tasty and satisfying dish.

I did everything according to the recipe. Only when I added water did I add a little brine from a jar of pickled cucumbers. It turned out to be a very satisfying, flavorful dish. In a cauldron, meat and vegetables acquire a special taste and simmer over low heat. The meat is tender and soft, the potatoes are crumbly.
