    Cut the pork into slices 0.8-1 cm thick. Cover the meat with cling film and beat with a kitchen hammer.

I bought carbonade at the store. It makes excellent chops, which I decided to cook according to the recipe: pork, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese in the oven. I cut a piece of meat lengthwise into two parts, beat them with a hammer on both sides, salted them and put them in a mold. I added fried mushrooms on top; I had frozen wild mushrooms. I put tomato slices on them. I applied a mayonnaise mesh and sprinkled with grated cheese. I baked the chops in the oven for 35 minutes at 220°. They turned out amazing! Juicy and very tasty! Wild mushrooms gave the meat their aroma, and the tomatoes a pleasant sourness. The cheese crust turned out very tasty! Thank you very much for the recipe!
