    STEP 1

How to make delicious pork goulash with tomato sauce? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace the pork tenderloin with any other part: ham, shoulder, etc. You can replace the tomato paste with ketchup or fresh peeled and diced tomatoes. You can use any vegetable oil.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the meat, be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will not allow it to fry - it will stew. Cut into small cubes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, or use a mixture of different herbs.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry, stirring, over high heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add the onion to the pan with the pork. Fry everything together, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. If the onions begin to brown quickly, reduce the heat or shorten the cooking time.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Salt and pepper the goulash. Add allspice and flour. Mix everything and fry for 2-3 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Add tomato paste and stir. If the tomato paste is very sour, you can add a pinch of sugar to the meat.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Add bay leaves to the pan. Pour in 500 ml of boiling water or meat broth. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the goulash over low heat for about 30 minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Place the finished goulash on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!

Pork goulash with tomato sauce is always hearty and tasty. What I like most is that you can change the side dishes if you cook for, for example, three days. There are so many options for every taste. The goulash itself is easy to prepare, as they say, effortlessly. The longest thing for me is cutting meat. And then just have time to fry, chop the onion, and stir. I really like the tomato paste sauce. Especially if the side dish is rice or pasta. The recipe itself is written in such detail and clearly that it is simply impossible to spoil the dish; this is very important for young housewives. In general, I recommend preparing this wonderful classic, everyone’s favorite dish. Thank you very much to the author for your work!

I made pork goulash with tomato sauce. Instead of tomato, I used homemade tomato, so my goulash was not as bright as the author’s, but I think it was no less tasty))). Instead of water, I used hot meat broth. After the meat and onions are fried, flour, tomato and broth (or water) are added, when stewing goulash you need to stir it periodically, although there is enough liquid, the flour may “seize” at the bottom of the pan. The goulash turned out delicious! The pieces of pork were soaked in the sauce and acquired a pleasant tomato sourness. It will be delicious with any side dish. Thanks for the recipe, Maria!
