How to make delicious pork goulash with tomato sauce? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace the pork tenderloin with any other part: ham, shoulder, etc. You can replace the tomato paste with ketchup or fresh peeled and diced tomatoes. You can use any vegetable oil.
STEP 2

Wash the meat, be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will not allow it to fry - it will stew. Cut into small cubes.
STEP 3

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
STEP 4

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 5

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry, stirring, over high heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 6

Add the onion to the pan with the pork. Fry everything together, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. If the onions begin to brown quickly, reduce the heat or shorten the cooking time.
STEP 7

Salt and pepper the goulash. Add allspice and flour. Mix everything and fry for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 8

Add tomato paste and stir. If the tomato paste is very sour, you can add a pinch of sugar to the meat.
STEP 9

Add bay leaves to the pan. Pour in 500 ml of boiling water or meat broth. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the goulash over low heat for about 30 minutes.
STEP 10
