Pork tenderloin
You can cook pork in different ways: bake, fry, boil, stew. However, the beneficial properties are better preserved when baked in the oven or grilled. Traditional recipes for pork tenderloin dishes can be found in any cookbook or on the Internet, but sometimes you can improvise and create a truly original masterpiece. Meat goes well with mushrooms, dried fruits, vegetables, cereals, and herbs. It is served with sauce: tomato, garlic or mayonnaise.
The tenderloin is used to make minced meat into cutlets, meatballs or dumplings. You need to choose pork correctly; it should not smell. When you press a finger on a piece, the surface should quickly “recover.” If you blot the carcass with a napkin, it should remain dry. The color should not be too light or dark, ideally pinkish. Fresh pork can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; hermetically sealed containers are not required; it requires access to oxygen. In the freezer, the period increases to 6 months. Repeated freezing will degrade the taste.
