Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Combine mayonnaise, vegetable oil, mustard, chopped garlic and spices in a bowl. You can use any spices to suit your taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Our marinade is ready.

Prepare all other ingredients.

Wash the pork in running water and dry with paper towels. Cut into medium pieces.

Add pork to marinade and mix well. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.

Wash the potatoes in running water with a brush, peel, rinse and cut into thin slices.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Choose any cheese, the main thing is that it is fresh, natural, without the use of vegetable fats and melts well.
