I sprinkled the cheese right away so that it would spread over the potatoes and soak them, I have maasdam. All this splendor was baked under foil for one hour. I didn’t bake the cheese; I like it melted. In addition, the family has already gathered at the table to smell the delicious smell). The dish is very filling and tasty! The meat became so soft, soaked in a delicious sauce. And the potatoes were stewed in the resulting sauce and turned out crumbly and aromatic. Great dish, I recommend it!
